Ticketholders, no action is required. Your refund will be processed to the original method of payment used at time of purchase. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster.

The last few days have been terrifying in my home of Nashville, Tennessee. We've been without power and safe passage to other neighborhoods for days now, with the ice freezing over every night, until enough has melted on the roads and our house power is restored, we’re stuck. I'm devastated to have to cancel these first two Australia shows. We are at the mercy of mother nature and trying to stay safe.
