Tickets will be available for purchase on the day of the show if not previously sold out. These are sold from the box office when doors open.
If you ordered your ticket online you can choose to collect from the door. You can collect tickets from the box office when doors open. Please bring photo ID.
Nope, we would even prefer you save a tree and don’t print your ticket! Just make sure it’s the original image.
Ticketmaster has a secure resale facility, you can visit the Ticketmaster Resale Facility here.
Ticketmasters resale facility is the only trusted reseller. Be wary of purchasing tickets through Viagogo or other resale sites as they are more often than not a scam. Visit the Ticketmaster Resale Facility.

CONDITIONS OF ENTERING THE FORTITUDE MUSIC HALL:
By entering the Fortitude Music Hall, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below together with those referred to on your ticket (as applicable).
Venue management reserves the right to refuse entry to, or evict from, the Venue any person who:
- Is intoxicated.
- Brings, or attempts to bring, into the Venue any prohibited item listed below.
- Does not have a valid ticket or form of entry.
- Is behaving in an anti-social or disorderly manner.
- Refuses to comply with these conditions of entry or any instructions of Venue management.
General Conditions
- Patrons consent to the use of their image, likeness and voice captured at the Venue in any medium, including without limitation, live telecast, social media, video recording or photograph for reporting, archival or promotional purposes.
- Patrons are advised that the Venue is fitted with electronic surveillance and patrons may be recorded for the safety and security of all visitors.
- No pass-outs will be issued, unless approved by Venue management.
- Patrons must only enter the Venue with a valid ticket, pass or invitation issued by an authorised ticketing agent or Venue management.
- The Venue is strictly a smoke-free venue, including e-cigarettes and vaping.
- Personal reusable plastic drink bottles must be empty and under 600mL capacity. (There are free water stations in the Venue.)
- Patrons 12 years and under must be accompanied by an adult in unlicensed area(s). Patrons 12 years and under are not permitted in licensed area(s).
- Patrons must provide government issued photo identification to enter licensed area(s).
- Patrons entering the Venue do so at their own risk and acknowledge and agree that the Venue has no liability for any damaged, lost or stolen property, nor for any other loss, damage or injury suffered, whether in contract, tort or statutory liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Additional event specific conditions of entry may be applicable and enforced at the direction of the Venue hirer or by Venue management for any given event.
Prohibited Items
Patrons are not permitted to bring the following items into the Venue:
- Alcohol of any nature (including consuming alcohol upon entry to the Venue).
- Banners, posters, flags or signs larger than an A3 sheet of paper.
- Any unauthorised promotional, advertising, commercial, political, religious or offensive items or material, including but not limited to leaflets, clothing, stickers or flyers.
- Illegal substances, including controlled, dangerous or illicit drugs.
- Flares, fireworks, smoke bombs or any other explosive devices.
- Chemical, radioactive or biological substances.
- Weapons of any nature (e.g. knives, bladed weapons or firearms).
- Laser pointers.
- Eskies, backpacks or any bag larger than 30cm x 30cm.
- Aerosol cans of any nature.
- Animals (Police or assistance dogs excepted).
- Bicycles, scooters, rollerblades or skateboards.
- Cans, or glass or metal drink containers.
- Cameras and equipment (e.g. DSLR, video cameras, audio recorders, tripods or selfie sticks).
- Large electronic devices (e.g. laptops or tablets).
- Musical instruments (authorised performers excepted).
- Chairs, stools or any other furniture.
- Hot food/meals.
- Large umbrellas.
- Drones, balloons or any other flying objects.
- Prams or strollers.
- Any other item which, in the opinion of Venue management, could cause harm, offence or public nuisance.
Our cloak room space will be extremely limited.
As FMH is a licensed venue we require photo ID at every show. We accept drivers licenses, 18+ cards or passports.
You can use your smart phone to take photos and videos. You and everyone around you will probably have a better time if you keep this to a minimum. All DSLR cameras must be left at home.
All door times will be on your tickets and on the Fortitude Website event page. Set times can be found via the promoters socials and/or website.
We want all of our patrons to be able to show off their unique sense of style however please don’t show up in thongs / flip flops or crocs because not only won’t you be allowed entry but you will be placed in the back of our fashion police rescue vehicle.
If you got a bit too wild at a show and can’t quite remember where you left your phone, wallet, keys etc. Please email admin@thefortitude.com.au or message us on Facebook and we will check Lost and Found for you. If you lost your dignity… We can’t help you.
The Fortitude Music Hall is a wheelchair friendly venue, the main auditorium is located on the Brunswick Street Mall level (ground floor). There is a lift located for the mezzanine level and our staff will be able to assist you to your designated area. There are wheelchair amenities available on both levels. Please email admin@thefortitude.com.au and we will accommodate you.
We recommend you leave the car at home and make the most of our teams hospitality and embrace your night out. However if you do wish to drive there is a car park conveniently located directly under The Fortitude Music Hall, accessible via Warner Street. This carpark will give you direct access to the entry of The Fortitude Music Hall, located on the Brunswick Street Mall. There are several other parking options close by, McWhirters Carpark, located directly behind the venue and can be accessed via Warner Street or Ballow Street and is a short walk to the Brunswick Street Mall, the China Town Carpark with access from Gipps or Duncan Streets, a short walk across the China Town Mall and through the TC Burns Building straight to The Fortitude Music Hall’s entrance. If you’re searching for a taxi you will find taxi ranks spread throughout the Valley to get you home quickly and safely. We are located on a pedestrian mall so the closest of those is located at the top of the Brunswick Street Mall on Ann street. Other locations include Wickham Street outside McWhirters, Brunswick Street North and Brunswick Street South.
