Subversive performance artist and GRAMMY®-nominated metal singer-songwriter Poppy announces her Constantly Nowhere headline Australian tour for January 2026.
The tour kicks off in Brisbane at The Fortitude Music Hall on Tuesday, January 20.
Poppy recently released her new single “Unravel”, produced by Jordan Fish (Bring Me The Horizon, Architects, Halsey & Amy Lee). It marks her first solo release since last year’s critically acclaimed album Negative Spaces.
An insatiably inventive drive has fuelled Poppy’s surrealistic rise through countless corners of the arts and music worlds. Each of her projects reveals a new glimpse of a true visionary — unconcerned with genre, unimpressed by convention, and constantly defying expectations.
From performance art provocateur to video director, sci-fi graphic novel author, and globe-trotting recording artist, nothing has ever been off-limits for Poppy. Her sound spans brutal metal breakdowns, ‘60s bubblegum pop, trap, and grunge-punk — all tied together by her fearless artistic vision.
Her 2021 GRAMMY nomination for Best Metal Performance (“BLOODMONEY”) made history as the first solo female artist ever nominated in the category. In 2025, she earned her second GRAMMY nomination for her collaboration with Knocked Loose on “Suffocate.”
Over the past few years, Poppy has toured globally with Bad Omens, Thirty Seconds to Mars, Avenged Sevenfold, and BABYMETAL, while releasing massive collaborations including “V.A.N.” (Bad Omens), “Suffocate” (Knocked Loose), and “from me to u” (BABYMETAL).
Now, Poppy enters her next daring era with the release of her fifth full-length album, Negative Spaces — once again produced by Jordan Fish — a record that sees her redefining her legacy one song at a time, and exploring the inspiration found deep within the negative spaces.
