Promotional Period

The promotion commences upon publication of the promotional post on the official Instagram account of Fortitude Music Hall and closes at 12:00PM AEST on Thursday 14 May 2026.

Eligible Entrants

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, associated agencies, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

How to Enter

To enter the Promotion, entrants must during the Promotional Period:

1. Like the promotional Instagram post;

2. Tag another Instagram user in the comments of the post; and

3. Follow @thefortitudemusichall, @frontiertouring and @genesisowusu on Instagram. One (1) comment equals one (1) entry.

Multiple entries are permitted.

Incomplete or invalid entries will not be accepted.

Entries Permitted

Multiple entries permitted, subject to the entrant tagging a different user per comment entry.

Prize

There are five (5) prizes to be won. Each prize consists of one (1) double pass (two tickets) to see Genesis Owusu perform at Fortitude Music Hall on Sunday 17 May 2026.

Prize Value

Total prize pool value is approximately AUD $799.

Prize Conditions

The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. Tickets are subject to the Venue’s standard conditions of entry and ticketing terms and conditions. Any ancillary costs associated with attending the event, including transport or accommodation, are the responsibility of the winner. Should the event be cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter accepts no responsibility and no compensation will be payable.

Judging

This Promotion is a game of chance. Five (5) winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period. The draw will take place at approximately 2:00PM AEST on Thursday 14 May 2026.

Five (5) winners.

Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message by 5:00PM AEST on Thursday 14 May 2026. Proof of identification may be required to claim the Prize.

Winner Publication

Winners’ first names and Instagram handles may be published via the Venue’s official social media channels within seven (7) days of the draw.

Unclaimed Prizes

Winners must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of being contacted. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the Prize.

General Terms

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Rules.

The Promoter collects personal information for the purposes of conducting the Promotion and awarding prizes in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.thefortitude.com.au/privacy-policy.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

If for any reason any aspect of the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion subject to any applicable laws.
