Membership FAQs
Your Fortitude First Club Membership is active for 12-months from your date of purchase. When you're nearing the end of your membership term, we'll send you a reminder to renew.
Memberships are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser.
If purchasing a membership as a gift, please update the designated owner in the member portal to ensure it reflects the intended recipient. At the time of the 12-month renewal, the listed owner will be responsible for payment should they choose to continue the membership.
Your customised key ring will be available for collection at The Fortitude Music Hall during operating hours. On your next visit after becoming a member, simply visit the Box Office to collect it. Our Box Office is located at the front-right Brunswick Street Mall entrance.
Membership does not include a ticket to the show, you must also purchase a ticket to the show to utilise membership benefits.
Membership benefits apply only to the show listed on your ticket. Tickets must be presented on arrival to redeem your Membership benefits.
By becoming a member, you agree to our Membership Terms and Conditions, which includes opting-in to receive Fortitude Music Hall email and SMS marketing communications.
Once your membership is active, your email and phone number will be automatically included in all Fortitude Music Hall presale notifications.

RSVP at least 72 hours before your event via admin@thefortitude.com.au, then enter through the dedicated Premium Lounge entrance between Pig ‘N’ Whistle and Black Bear Lodge. Present your Membership card and event ticket on arrival.
No, Premium Lounge access is offered at selected events only and is subject to availability.
Yes, for 18+ events the Premium Lounge is also 18+ and operates in line with RSA requirements.
Premium Lounge access is exclusive to Fortitude First Club members. Guests cannot enter unless they purchase a Premium Lounge upgrade or hold their own membership.
If a show is sold out before you join, ticket availability will be extremely limited once capacity is reached.
